As Vice President of Risk and Compliance, Gina oversees Fortress’ risk and compliance department while managing legal operations and leading the commercial sales and procurement contract team. Since joining the company in 2016, she has played a key role in improving compliance programs, optimizing contract operations, and building stronger risk management practices. 

Gina holds a bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies and a graduate certificate in Cyber Security: Information Assurance. Her leadership is shaped by prior experience as a senior paralegal with a Fintech software company and AmLaw 100 firms, giving her a broad and strategic perspective.
