Vice President of Commercial Enablement and Global Sourcing

Vivek Jain leads Fortress’s commercial enablement and global sourcing, spanning procurement strategy, vendor negotiations and management, and global delivery/operations. An expert in Generative AI, he spearheads company-wide AI adoption—establishing governance, best practices, and production use cases that enhance the Fortress platform and core business workflows. Vivek also owns pricing strategy and deal structuring as a primary responsibility, partnering closely with Sales and Finance to design value-aligned, scalable contracts for critical-infrastructure clients. In addition, he oversees the Sales Operations ecosystem—Salesforce, HubSpot, and Dealhub—driving process design, data integrity, pipeline visibility, and forecasting.
